9. What we do with your information
  
  The information you provide via this contact form will be emailed to the Council and retained on our contact system hosted by GOSS and managed by Public Sector Partnership Services Ltd (PSPSL), our processing partner. Your correspondence will be shared with relevant officers, members, or with other third parties where legally allowed. The purpose is to action your request. The correspondence may be associated to an expression of interest, and as such may be kept for a minimum of 2 years for accountability and audit purposes.
