  • This might take the form of a focused call around a specific challenge or a wider conversation around ambitions or your business's future structure.
  •  The support we offer is focused on the output, whether that be helping you grow sales, increase your production capacity, develop new market or products or recruit and train new people.
• We'll take as long as it takes to get under the skin of your business and add value.

Accessing Specialist Support

If or core team of Advisors identify the need for more specialist advice and guidance then they'll introduce you to one of the Specialists we've engaged to support local business with issues around:

3.       Human Resources (Training & Recruitment)

4.       Energy Audits & Environmental Efficiency

5.       Business Resilience (Growth Coaching & Financial Management)

Again, up to a point, this is a fully funded support and thereafter there's the opportunity for you to secure additional Grant funding under the Grants4Growth element of the programme should you need to invest more in these areas.
